Help build a better America, and in doing so, bring out the best in
yourself! Exchange helps members develop leadership, networking,
and organizational skills that contribute to success in business
family and personal endeavors. More importantly, Exchange
provides members with the opportunity to share their time and
talents to help others, whether by reaching out to an abused child
who needs love and affection or organizing a community crime
prevention program or wielding rakes in a clean-up project.
Through these and many other positive, public-spirited projects,
Exchangites are making a real difference in cities and towns
across America

Book of Golden Deeds Award
What is the Book of Golden Deeds?
Volunteer efforts are very important to our
society and should not go unnoticed. The
National Exchange Club’s longest running
project,
the Book of Golden Deeds Award, recognizes
dedicated volunteers who give endless hours
of their time and talents toward making their
communities better places to live. Ever since
the Exchange Club of Huntington, Ind.,
sponsored the first award in 1919, thousands
of unsung heroes and heroines have been
recognized.

was Jauzlyn Hardy. Club member Mary James spoke on
our youth programs. Paula Carballido congratulated
incoming president-elect Trenda Abbott. Immediate past

to Carol Stewart. We had an update from previous
scholarship winner Rosario Mendez. Bill Froese,
President Elect Lincolnland District, installed our new

good night.
